The Kindle Ebook Reader – Amazon’s Wireless Reading Device
Another Ebook Reader, Kindle Ebook Reader from Amazon has come on the market.
The Kindle Ebook Reader is the device which will let you read newspapers, books,
magazines and blogs off line. The Reader uses E Ink technology and has wireless internet
connectivity.
You can be anywhere, but you can have a book, magazine or newspaper delivered to your
Kindle, wirelessly.
The device weighs 10.3 ounces and holds 200 books.
At the moment, the Kindle is only available to customers living in the U.S.

Paper like Screen
The Kindle Ebook Reader will give you an exceptional reading experience. Using
electronic paper reading, Kindle’s screen is as sharp and natural as reading ink on
paper. The Kindle is designed for ambidextrous use, so both left and right handed people
can read comfortably.
It reflects light like ordinary paper and uses no backlighting, eliminating the glare
associated with other electronic displays. You can read Kindle in bright sunlight as well
as in your living room. You can read as long as you like as the screen never gets hot.
Shop from your device
You can shop your Kindle store wirelessly right from your device. You just have to click
and buy and within minutes you will be reading your ebook.
Search facility
You will be able to search across your library. Simply type in whatever you are looking
for and the Kindle will find it.
Bookmarks
By using the keyboard, you can add annotations to text, just like you might write in the
margins of a book. You can edit, delete, and export your notes, highlight and clip key
passages, and bookmark pages for future use. Kindle always opens the last page you read.
Dictionary
Kindle includes the New Oxford American Dictionary. You can look up the meanings of
words without interrupting your reading.
Access to Wikipedia
Kindle has a free built-in access to Wikipedia.org encyclopedia.
