- You can not use an SD card on Kindle 2.
- Kindle 2 does not have a user replaceable battery.
- Kindle 2 has No ePub support.
- Kindle eBooks can only be read by those with Kindles.
- You cannot read in the dark with the Kindle, it requires external light.
- Kindle’s bookstore, at Amazon is priced lower than most ebook stores.
